Why do the Stats listing counts vary so widely from the listing counts in equivalent Listing Searches?

- Running a Stats search against Active Presets is entirely different from running a Listing search against Actives.
- Any "Active" references in presets are not searching against the current status. They are searching against Historic counts of Actives.
- In Stats, this refers to the "Current Listing" event type which references each listing's join to the ActiveMonths table.
- This tracks the Month Active offset field which tells Matrix how many months back a listing was last considered Active (or On Market).
- It does not reference the Active status at all, since this only returns listings which are "currently" active. This is completely useless for tracking Historic Inventory.
- The only Stats presets which track the Listing Contract Date are "List Price" related. This is not the same.
